A Black Leather Jacket

I saw a black leather jacket at Jaspal and I've tried it on twice. All the time, I just looked at myself at the mirror, and despite that the salespersons kept telling me that it fit well and I looked nice, I still didn't buy it. I thought of pairing it with long tees, if I want to look "Vivi" or maybe with lace, for some feminine and macho look, but I still walked out from the store, with other items but not that jacket. WHY???? I don't know. LOL!




It's just a jacket, and I know that I can live without it, but it will really look nice on certain outfits. If only I can just make up my mind, and it's not like I'm shopping for truck accessories which I totally clueless about. I know how to wear the jacket and how to make a leather jacket looks nice on me. Argh..... I might go to the store and try it again for the 3rd time!!! Maybe I should just put it on and pay for it and walk out from the store. LOL!

Changes

I love changes. I don't mind going through changes, as long as it's for better but not for worse. :P Things and people change over time, and it would be totally boring if you can't see any changes over years. At least to me la....

Things that I mind a lot last time might not seem important these days. I have new priorities, new aims in life, and new circle of friends whom I treasure more. One of my blogger friends told me the other day that some old blogs got the page ranks back, but I haven't got mine. I think la... I didn't check much as it is not important to me anymore!!! Yoo hoo!!! Page rank was something I cared so much 2 years ago, when I blogged for money. But now, it's totally irrelevant to me because I only blog for fun. :P

But one thing hasn't changed in my life, which is my passion to shop! I love shopping, but I'm not as reckless as I used to be. I do take note of the purchase price now, and only get the best bargain I can find. Those air filters or funny gadgets salespersons can't make their sales with me anymore. LOL! I don't buy things which are useless to me now. I have more money now. :)

If I can wish for something which will never change....maybe it's my body shape and weight. Can I stay in shape forever effortlessly? How I wish!!!

Shopping for Cheap Beauty Products at Jae Leng

My friend brought me to Jae Leng yesterday, and it's my first visit there. I guess it's not a place where most tourists will go, unless you get to know this place from the locals. I'm not referring to Jae Leng Plaza, but another small store as shown by the arrow:


It looks like a small Fajar, in Malaysia, but it sells a lot of beauty products, including big names like Estee Lauder, Clarins, SKII and etc. On top of that, the selling price is way much cheaper than the market price, but please check the manufacturing date of the products before purchase.

I found my regular Re-Nutriv Ultimate Youth by Estee Lauder here, selling at THB7700, and its normal price should be something like THB11000. Nonetheless, it's only a year from expiring and I've just bought a new bottle last week, so I didn't get it. I'm still using my existing bottle, and with one stocked up in my drawer, why should I get another bottle??? It's not like Re-Nutriv is really that CHEAP ok? LOL!

There are imported food too, like cereals and junks, which are cheaper than supermarkets and hypermarkets. But then again, do CHECK THE EXPIRY DATE! Again, I didn't buy any. I've just stocked up the food at home, remember? LOL!

So, what did I get? It's just a hair mask by Pantene. It's THB20 - 30 cheaper than the market price, I think. Besides that, hair product is much safer to be used, as comparing to putting any cream on my face, by judging from its manufacturing date.

Year End Sale

I love year end because my birthday, wedding anniversary, my boy's birthday and Christmas are all queuing up in a row for celebrations. On top of that, it's one of the best time for shopping for skincare products!!!

If you are looking for expensive wrinkle creams, don't miss the Christmas or seasonal packs, which are generally a good bargain. I just bought a set from Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv range the other day, but I might drop by the skincare section to check out for more. I still need a whitening range, and maybe some mask. Let's see if I can stretch my budget first!

I must say, I'm surprised how much Vanness 吴建豪 has improved in acting, he's so different from the time when he was in F4. I thought he was just a pretty face, a good dancer, and a gorgeous hunk, and that's all. But now, my view has totally changed. He can really act! In fact, I think he's carrying his role very well, and the series is so touching. And of course, 安以轩 is not just another pretty actress, she's great in this series too.




Make sure you prepare some tissues when watching the series. It's very touching!!! If I watch the series from start to the end, my eyes will definitely be very swollen. Too bad I can only watch an episode a week. Ah....waiting for the next episode is such a pain!

Is it Winter Now?

It was very windy and cool yesterday, and it's still the same this morning. Nonetheless, I'm seeing a sunny sky now, but haven't walked out from my office to check out the weather. The weather forecast said it should be a sunny day, but I truly hope that winter is here. I really love winter in Thailand because it's not too cold, and it's very comfortable.

Best of all, I have more excuses to update my wardrobe and get new shoes for the new look. LOL! I shall be shopping for my kids too, oh boy, they grow up so fast, they can't fit in some of their old jackets now. It's time to get one or 2 for them and maybe I will get some vests as well. Kids need then for school.

I went to the mall with hubby yesterday, but without my handbag. :P I'm too embarrassed to ask him to pay for my purchase, considering that he had just paid school fees on Monday. :P Better let him take a breathe from my financial burden. LOL!

Even if I feel like shopping, I won't be buying expensive stuffs due to my super tight budget. A new iPhone and ipods is out of question now. *sob sob*

To Do List

After a month of rotting at homes in Penang and Ipoh, I'm back to my table at the office and I almost wanna pengsan.

The table is messy, with lots of mails (but I've sorted some of them), and it's super dusty. Gee...how I hate dust! I should be cleaning it now but I have so much to do. Cleaning up will have to wait....

So, what's my To Do List today?

1. Sort out all my mails (dig out those special offers and bargain deals for exclusive members of certain shopping malls or outlets. :P)
2. Complete the interview questionnaire which was left for a month. (Gee...pai seh only)
3. Some boring paper work (where's my assistant? Oh ya, I don't have one. I'm the ASSISTANT.)
4. Grocery shopping. Die la, my house is extremely out of food.
5. If I have some time, I wanna check out some outlets for the Fall and Winter collections. Gee...I still didn't get my SHOES!
6. Pick up the kids early today as it's first day at school and they don't have extra classes.
7. But most importantly, I MUST get the lanterns for tonight's Loykhatong. We need to bring some lanterns to release by the river.
   

Anything else which I miss? Oh ya....I better drop by Boots or Watson or Clarins to get some body care products. Still thinking if I need some natural weight loss pills so that I can shed off some weight for the photo shooting by end of this month. Ah...one lesson learned, never arrange a photo shoot after a long holiday, especially if what you do is eat full nothing to do but sleep!
