My Problem with Hubby

He's a great guy, a Mr. Nice, a golfaholic, a not-so-romantic lover, and I love ALMOST everything about him. There's a small problem between us.......

He SNORES!!!!!

I'm a light sleeper, and will easily get disturbd by the slightest sound. But hubby snores like a pig, serious, it really does sounds like a pig! So, my dark circles got worse ever since I'm staying with him.

I've tried various method of reducing his snores, like nose patch, pinch his nose when he's snoring, push him to sleep on his side, but still, he snores!!!! Hai ya....how ah?

Not only him, all his family members snore! When the whole family went to Bangkok last time, the rooms at my FIL's condo couldn't fit all of us, so hubby, BIL#4, me and SIL#4 slept in the living room. However, I didn't sleep at all the days when we're there as there's a orchestra of snoring in the living! I could kick hubby when he snored, but I couldn't bang BIL#4's head, right? I looked like zombie throughout the trip!

Before hubby went to bed last night, he told me to get up early the next day to go out for breakfast earlier. Gosh, this fella thinks I purposely don't wanna get up early izzit? Got to blog mah, then got to be Isabelle's "pacifier" the whole night thru, and then got to tahan his snoring, how to sleep well leh? Of coz will be late a bit what...

But then, luckily I don't snore. So sia sui lah if a lady snores when she sleeps!

I hear ya. My whole family, down to my 6-year-old niece snores loudly! All that is...except for me.
So I can tell you, earplugs were really crucial for the first couple of years after we moved into a tiny little flat with thin walls_ sound carries all the way to my room!
Seriously, I advice trying to go to bed before your husband. If you're not a very light sleeper, and you're asleep by the time he comes in, it can help tremendously. Otherwise, try earplugs_ won't block out the whole thing, but will help a little... Until you get used to it and block it out!
...And if you REALLY have no choice, "surprise" him with some nasal channel surgery as a "birthday present"_ he'll love it I'm sure (well, I'm everything but sure, but oh well, it's a fun joke!). ;)
